How Do We Protect and Safeguard Your Information?
RSTP assures that it respects the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information generated within the processing of personal information. RSTP also assures the protection of information assets against internal or external and accidential or deliberate threats.
Access to personal information is restricted only to those who need it for the purpose of their work.
RSTP provides comprehensive training to all its employees to help them understand their responsibilities when handling personal information.
RSTP will not be disclosed internally or externally without prior written request and approval.

Personal information held by the EDPA is kept confidential, except in situations such as: 1. Where sharing is necessary for RSTP functions
How Long Does RSTP Retain Personal Data?
RSTP will ratain your information for five years from the registration date or from when an update is made on your profile.
Rights of the Data Subject
Data subjects have the right to inquire about the information held by the RSTP, correct inaccuracies, and withdraw consent.
They can also request a copy of their information and ask the RSTP to temporarily restrict the processing of data use.
The data subject has the right to ask RSTP to stop using any of the personal data for a period of time if believed that RSTP is not using the information properly.
