The code of ethics applies to all RSTP employees and those that do business with RSTP anad provide necessary information to act within integrity and within the laws and regulations that affect our business. guiding our operations and behaiours is the code of conduct that strengthens how we must mannage our relationship and Business. The code of conduct at RSTP must be adhered to by all employees , and all RSTP employees are encouraged to speak up and look for gidence where they lack knowledge concerning the code of conduct to minimise the risk of violating the policy. Unacceptable behavior can be defined as the potential to create, a risk to the business or the health and safety of RSTP employees. These include but not limited to:
Bullying: repeated abusive and offensive behavior, which in some circumstances may involve inappropriate physical behavior.
Harassment: offensive, belittling, or threatening behavior that is unsolicited, and may be repeated
