All RSTP employees must be committed to a highest standard of business conduct in relation with each other; Our stakeholders, our customers, and our suppliers. The code of ethics applies to all RSTP employees and those that do business with RSTP anad provide necessary information to act within integrity and within the laws and regulations that affect our business. guiding our operations and behaiours is the code of conduct that strengthens how we must mannage our relationship and Business. The code of conduct at RSTP must be adhered to by all employees , and all RSTP employees are encouraged to speak up and look for gidence where they lack knowledge concerning the code of conduct to minimise the risk of violating the policy. This code of ethics has been created to reflect the core values of the park and to guide employees on the most important ethical issues in a businessenvironment.The code is complemented by a number of parks policies, which provide more detailed guidelines on specific issues, thereby ensuring that we conduct business in an ethical manner

All employees had to adhere to the following code of Conduct :


  • Act honestly when performing your duties
  • Ensure you declare and appropriately manage interests that may conflict with the way you carry out your duties.
  • Do not accept gifts, benefits or favors that may  influence or be reasonably seen to influence your   decision making.
  • Prevent nepotism and patronage
  • Ensure employment or remunerative work outside your duties at the RSTP are appropriate and where necessary, approved by the CEO,
  • Conduct yourself in public in a manner that will not reflect adversely on the RSTP, its agencies and stakeholders.


  • Treat the Park’s clients, and other employees with respect and courtesy, having regard for the dignity of the people with whom you interact with.
  • Recognize the importance of people through training and ongoing developments.

Unaccaptable Behaviour

Unacceptable behavior can be defined as the potential to create, a risk to the business or the health and safety of RSTP employees. These include but not limited to: 

  • Discrimination: the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.
  • Bullying: repeated abusive and offensive behavior, which in some circumstances may involve inappropriate physical behavior.

  • Harassment: offensive, belittling, or threatening behavior that is unsolicited, and may be repeated

  • revent unlawful discrimination against employees or persons seeking employment with the Park.

  • Prevent bullying or other forms of harassment in or outside the workplace.


  • Utilize and manage people, resources, information, and authority at your disposal in an efficient, responsible and justifiable manner through the implementation of risk management standards and practices.
  • Ensure that all decisions are transparent and keeping up with confidentiality requirements.
  • Ensure accountability throughout the Park by reporting inappropriate conduct to the appropriate authority where that conduct might reasonably be considered to be a breach of the Code.


  • Employees must highly maintain the confidentiality of all RSPT information entrusted to them, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated.
  • Information such as personal employee information, identification numbers, passwords, bank account information, and medical information must be kept confidential.
  • Employees are not to disclose to third parties any information for personal gain.
