To provide strategic leadership and professional management of the Human Resources function, ensuring that the organisation has the appropriate people, capabilities, systems, policies and employee best practices required to achieve its strategic objectives.

The position is responsible for ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, employee wellness, occupational health and safety, HR administration, organisational development, and compliance with applicable employment legislation and organisational policies.
